@duyetnk, I would say, it depends.
Is your idea to use Ionic’s build chain and features, e.g. app icon creation with Framework7 instead of Ionic’s own UI? Then this surely is an interesting thought.
As I’m not sure how complex this could become at the end, it might be more straight forward to choose the common way and just add Cordova, etc. to a regular Framework7 based Angular project and go from there.
You might also have a look at Angular6 / Framework7, where someone asked how to get the navbar animations (transitions) of Framework7 within Angular.
