How to test Framework7/Cordova App on iPhone/Android

Hi, is there an App or a way to test a Framework7 App which has cordova plugins installed on a physical Android and iPhone device using an App Store and Play Store App… similar to the way PhoneGap used to work?

In android you can install in your phone the debug version and test, if you connect to your PC and open the chrome://inspect/#devices you can view errors or anything else.

In IOS i don’t know.
