initBreakpoints not working in new version.
app.panel.left.initBreakpoints();
had error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘initBreakpoints’ of undefined.
In v5 some changes were made to the panels. The panels are now initialized separately. Check the migration blogpost how to migrate your application to the latest version. I hope this helps.
