Inline animated svg code issue (solved)

What’s the best way of putting an inline svg animation in a page?
It’s on a component page.
When I put the css styles in, the Themepicker colorwheel (on a separate page) doesn’t work.
When I make the style scoped, the animation doesn’t work.
Please let me know if there’s a way to make both components work.
