On a physical iOS device, if .page-content is currently in scroll progress (ie the user has flicked the screen, and momentum scrolling is moving the content vertically) there is a small scroll bar line at the far-right. When momentum stops and the page is still, it disappears.
Is there any way to disable that scroll bar/line from appearing?
