Sheet modal wont open from top

I have used the exact code from the provided example but the sheet modal keeps opening from the bottom of the screen instead of the top. Even the toolbar is at the top of the sheet modal but in the code it is set to the bottom.

Is there perhaps a bug?

No, I am currently using 4.0.0 which I assume is the problem? Updating looks a little intimidating :flushed:
