I’m currently using win 10 64bit and framework 4.0.0, I install some software that requires framework 4.5 so should I upgrade to framework 4.5? Will my computer still work properly?

I am not sure you are posting in the right place. This is a forum for Framework7, which is currently on 4.3.1.

You are probably mistaking it for .NET framework!
