Swipeable Tabs with tabbar on top

I need to build a layout like the example with Swipeable Tabs with tabbar scrollable ( and it seems to work )
But the tabbar has to be on top without the title bar, like the Android component where you can swipe tabs and also navigate with swappable menu on top

Is it possible?

In Android theme it is already on top. If you need it for iOS theme, then just add custom styles to position it on the top
