Tabbar animating hairline like MD, but on iOS

I really like the animating/sliding coloured hairline on MD’s tabbar. It’s the same type of thing that Facebook uses in their iOS app.

Is there a way to force the MD tabbar style to be used within an app’s iOS theme?

try add “md” class to tabbar

Unfortunately that didn’t work.
