Toolbar not fixed top after Navbar

I have a Topnav component included in 3 different pages, but it doesn’t appear fixed top. why??
If I do on each page separately toolbar it works well. Help pls.

Make sure your TopNav component placed in fixed page slot:

<Page>
 ...
 <TopNav slot="fixed">
