Using split view template to create a PWA

Maybe a bit of a noob question but.
Is it possible to use the split view template as a base and make it a progressive web app?

I’m quite new to the world of PWA’s and was wondering if this is possible.

Yes, it is possible. If you’ll use framework7-cli, it has PWA with this template
