[v3] Framework7 v3 Custom Build Problem

When I do custom builds for V3 according to the tutorial, the process can not get --config and --output arguments.
But when i custom build v2 using the same command, it works well.

npm run build:prod – --config scripts/my-config.js --output ./release

How i can config theme for the f7-vue?
