[V8] No Splashscreen Plugin Included

Hello, I just updated my framework-cli as there was new update.
I noticed the splashscreen didnt display, i thought there was
a problem in my end. but i saw the plugin folder… there was no splashscreen folder or plugin.

Did anyone encounter the same issue?

the workaround is: to add plugin thru cordova command

It was removed, because this became part of the cordova core

It’s true, but xml is missing.
Your cli will create the assets but not the xml have you any solution?
